As our new HR Coordinator, you will report directly to our new Head of HR Operations & Analytics and be part of building and shaping the new People, Culture & Strategy function.
You will be assisting in working with our leaders to secure lean and smart people processes and supporting tools. You are expected to challenge traditional "HR thinking" and deliver simple solutions in demand by business leaders. Key responsibilities
The HR Coordinator is responsible for assuring compliance with all HR administration routines and guidelines and supports GlobalConnect on the journey of becoming a preferred place to work. The HR Coordinator will provide HR generalist support, maintain and update HR information. Furthermore, as our HR coordinator you will take part in establishing and executing on the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to development of HR system platform and self-service tools that govern master employee data and enable e.g. workforce analytics incl. spans and layers
- Contribute to development of HR framework, policies and personnel handbooks , securing commonalities across countries to drive one company feeling as well as ensure compliance to the Norwegian labour law and regulations
- Create standard s (e.g. contracts) and maintain procedures (e.g. salary review)
- Support business leaders with personnel cases
- Administrative HR tasks associated with on-boarding, cross-boarding and off-boarding
- Operational and administrative follow-up of people on sick leave through dialogue with managers and NAV
- Work actively with key figures within the HR area , and constantly strive to help improve these
- Contribute to HR related projects
- Assistance within the entire HR department's area of ??responsibility must be expected when needed
We are looking for
We are looking for a person who can contribute with fresh ideas, energy and enthusiasm in a broadly composed team. Are you solution-oriented, have a genuine interest in people and the ability to build trust and relationships? Then you may be just the one we need to handle various HR administrative tasks, contribute to the implementation of new tools and processes and above all support the team and the rest of the organisation. You are recently graduated and hold a relevant Bachelor or Master degree, possibly with a few years of experience from a HR department. Furthermore, you have strong knowledge about Norwegian labour law, you are fluent in both English and Norwegian (written and verbal) and you are a skilled user of Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc.
